Show Program Ads
- Show Programs will be available at all shows, and printed on high quality semi-gloss paper in full color.
- Ads will be printed a minimum of three times per year with each payment.
- A special section called Snake Bytes will feature breeders, stores, and who’s who in the reptile community.
- Once final artwork is provided and approved by Herp World Expo, no changes will be accepted beyond the deadlines listed.
- No changes are allowed to ads in the middle of a print cycle. Once the 3-program cycle is complete, changes will be allowed.
- If you must change your ad during a print cycle, contact Herp World Expo for arrangements and special cost pricing.
- Ads can be provided (see deadlines below) any time during the year, and will be printed based on space availability.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Ads must be provided as Camera Ready.
- Photos must be in JPG. Ad artwork must be in PDF or JPG format only. All should be in high resolution.
- Photos must meet the Artwork Requirements. Photos for Snake Bytes will be included, space permitting.
- Ads may contain a minimal bleed (printing slightly beyond the outer border edges).
ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Snake Bytes articles may contain information regarding breeding, genetics, raising, caring for, feeding, housing etc. for animals. The articles can cover how/when you started your business, level of experience, city where your store is located, average price range of animals/products, store hours, etc.
- Articles must be in MS Word or email text (no object based) format only.
- Articles about featured people or stores may be limited to once every 2 years.
ARTWORK DEADLINES:
- February 1 for shows in April-July.
- June 1 for shows in August-October.
- September 1 for shows in November-March.
DISCLAIMERS:
- Herp World Expo reserves the right to make modifications to all items submitted without notice.
- Herp World Expo will make every effort not to change content meaning of ads.
- Herp World Expo is not responsible for photos, artwork, or the accuracy of articles provided.
- Articles, photos, and/or artwork will not be returned, and will become the property of Herp World Expo.
- Herp World Expo has final say in selecting the ads for all programs.
